In contrast, Real Estate Tokens (RET) are property-specific assets, such as RET-London or RET-Singapore. Each RET represents a fractional interest in a specific piece of real estate, whereas KNIGHT represents the ecosystem as a whole.

KNIGHT serves three main functions: governance, real estate exposure, and fee capture. By staking KNIGHT, users can vote on platform features and new property listings. Furthermore, the DAO treasury owns 2% of every tokenized property, giving KNIGHT holders indirect diversified exposure to the entire CitaDAO portfolio.
